Installs direct materials (Contractor free issued) and indirect materials LeadEPC procured bulk material to the Contractor’s specification as listed in the relevant Bill of Quantities.

Lead EPC is proud to announce the completion of the Huguenot Tunnel lighting replacement project.
Description:
Supply, design and installation of an upgraded tunnel lighting system with modern LED luminaires and controllers as well as a lighting management system. All work was carried out during tunnel night closures – 4 nights a week.
Scope of work
Detail design and simulation of lighting control and lighting management system
Remove existing luminaires and supply and install new luminaires throughout the tunnel (tunnel length: 3.9km). New luminaires installed total 6010 strip lights throughout the tunnel length as well as 208 adaptation luminaires at the tunnel entrances.
Supply and install power and control cables
Supply and install L20 luminance sensors
Supply and install tunnel lighting control system and integrate with the existing Tunnel Supervisory and Control System
Testing, commissioning and training of the installation, control system and lighting management system
Use of innovative platform on trailers design to be able to complete the installation in time
