LeadEPC successfully executed the replacement of the redundant PLC Control System of the Ash Conveyors with a Siemens PCS7 Solution at Sasol plant in Secunda. The project was of critical nature as the work had to be done whilst the system was in operation and the requirement was for a hot swop over from the existing Control System to the new without any Shutdowns. The project was implemented without any stoppages within time and on schedule.
